Revelation chapter 7

1. And after that I saw four angels that stood at the four corners of the earth and [they were] holding the four spirits* of the earth, so that no spirit* could be found* on the earth and none over the sea or over the trees.

2. And I saw another angel, and he ascended from the east of the sun,* who has the seal of the living Allaha, and he cried in a great voice to the angels, these that were given the [task of] blazing* of the earth and the sea, as he said,

3. “Do not harm* the earth, neither the sea nor the trees, until we stamp the servants* of our Allaha between their eyes.*”

4. And I heard the number of those who were stamped [that was] one hundred and forty and four thousand, stamped from every generation of Israelites.

5. From the generation of Judah, twelve thousand stamped. And from the generation of Ruben, twelve thousand, from the generation of Gad, twelve thousand,

6. From the generation of Asher, twelve thousand, from the generation of Naphtali, twelve thousand, from the generation of Manasseh, twelve thousand.

7. From the generation of Simeon, twelve thousand. From the generation of Levi, twelve thousand. From the generation of Issachar, twelve thousand.

8. From the generation of Zebulun, twelve thousand. From the generation of Joseph, twelve thousand. From the generation of Benjamin, twelve thousand.

9. And after these I saw, and behold a great crowd, those whose number no human [being] could count, from every tribe and nation and generation and tongue, that stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, [having been] attired in white robes and with [fruit-laden] palm branches in their hands,

10. And crying out in a great voice, saying,

“Salvation to our Allaha, …to whom sits on the throne ……and to the Lamb!”

11. And all the angels [that] stood around the throne, and those priests and those four life forms, (and they) fell before his throne, over their faces, and they worshipped Allaha,

12. As they said,

“Amen. Blessing and glory and wisdom, And thanksgiving and honor and power And hosanna* to our Allaha, To [the end of] the universes Of all the universes, Amen.

13. And [there] interjected* one of the priests and said to me, “These who have acquired those white robes, who might they be? And from where did they come?”

14. And I told him, “[My] master, you know best!”* And he said to me,

​

“These are those who are coming …from great tribulation, And they have washed their robes …and have cleansed* them By the blood of the Lamb.

​

15. “This is …they are before the throne of Allaha And serve him …day and night in his temple, And the one …who sits on the throne, ……shelters them.*

16. “They will hunger no more …and thirst no more, And neither shall the sun …beat down upon them, And nor excessive* heat.

17… “For the Lamb Who is in the center of the throne …shall shepherd them, And will nurture* them …by the springs of Living Waters,

And Allaha will wash away …every tear drop from their eyes.”

아람어요한묵시록 7장

1. 그 후 나는 지구의 네 귀퉁이에 서 있는 네 천사와 땅가 네 영혼*을 잡고 있는 것을 보았다. 그래서 땅에서는 영혼*을 찾을 수 없었고 바다에서도 나무 위에서도 찾을 수 없었다.

2. 또 다른 천사를 보았는데, 그는 태양 동쪽에서 올라오셨다.* 그는 살아있는 알라하의 도장을 가지고 있었다.* 그는 천사들에게 큰 목소리로 외쳤다. 천사들은 땅과 바다의 [ ]가 불타는 소리를 들었다.

3. "바다도 나무도 아닌 지구를 해치지 말라. 우리가 그들의 눈 사이에 우리 알라하의 종*을 찍기 전까지는.*”

4. 나는 이스라엘 자손의 모든 세대에서 찍혔던 [그것이] 십사만사천명이라는 도장을 찍은 사람들의 수를 들었다.

5. 유다 세대부터 1만 2천 도장이 찍혔다. 루벤 자손 가운데서 만 이천 명이요 갓 자손 가운데서 만 이천 명이요

6. 아셀 세대에서는 납달리 세대에서는 만 이천 명, 므낫세 세대에서는 만 이천 명이다.

7. 시므온 세대부터 만 이천 명. 레위 세대부터 만 이천 명. 잇사갈 세대로부터 만 이천 명이요.

8. 제불론 세대부터 만 이천 명. 요셉 세대부터 만 이천 명. 베냐민 세대부터 만 이천 명.

9. 이 일이 있은 뒤에, 나는 많은 군중을 보았고, 왕위 앞에 서 있는 모든 종족과 민족과 세대와 언어로부터, 그리고 어린 양 앞에서 흰 예복을 입고, [과일] 야자나무 가지를 손에 들고서, 사람의 수를 헤아릴 수 없는 사람들을 보았다.

10. 그리고 큰 목소리로 이렇게 외친다.

"왕좌에 앉는 우리 알라하와 어린 양에게 경배하라!"

11. 그 모든 천사들과 제사장들과 그 네 가지 생명체가 왕좌 앞에 엎드려서, 알라하를 숭배하였다.

12. 그들의 말대로,

"아멘. 축복과 영광과 지혜, 그리고 감사와 명예와 권력과 그리고 호산나*를 우리 알라하에게, 모든 우주의 [끝]에, 아멘.

13. 그리고 [거기] 사제들 중 한 명이 끼어들며 나에게 말했다. "그 하얀 예복을 입은 사람들은, 그들이 누구일까? 그리고 그들은 어디서 왔지?"

14. 그리고 나는 그에게 "[내] 주인님, 당신이 가장 잘 아십니다!"라고 말했다.* 그리고 그는 나에게 말했다.

`이 사람들은 큰 고난에서 오는 사람들이다. 그들은 예복을 세탁하고, 어린 양의 피로 씻었다.

​

15. "여기는 알라하의 왕위 앞에 있고, 밤낮으로 그를 섬긴다. 그리고 왕위에 앉아 있는 ...자는 ......설령한다.*

16. "그들은 더 이상 굶주리지 않을 것이고 갈증도 없을 것이다. 그리고 태양도 그들을 때리지 않을 것이며, 지나친 열도 없을 것이다.

17... "왕좌의 중심에 있는 어린 양을 위해... 그들을 목자로 삼으라, 그리고 그들을 양육할 것이다* 살아있는 물의 샘으로,

그리고 알라하는 씻어버릴 것이다... 그들의 눈에서 떨어지는 눈물 한 방울도."
